Entre as novidades temos uma nova região (Bleak Inlet), novo desafio (As the Dead Sleep), novos sistemas de gameplay (Ammunition Workbench, Gunsmithing & The Milling Machine), novos itens (Gunpowder & Ammunition Components), novos achievements in-game (Blizzard Walker, Expert Trapper, Straight to the Heart) e melhorias gerais ao título.
