Um vídeo que surgiu durante a PPL Fighter Masters 2019 mostrou visuais comemorativos de Halloween para E. Honda e Poison junto com um novo cenário para Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition. Ainda não tivemos uma confirmação oficial dessas novidades.
E. Honda terá o visual de um Kappa, criatura do folclore japonês, enquanto Poison possui um visual mais gótico. O novo cenário se chamará Union Graveyard e é possível conferir os valores das skins e do mapa na imagem abaixo.
