A abertura dos Jogos Olímpicos de Tóquio 2020 (2021), que aconteceu hoje (23), contou com diversas músicas de videogame.
O Desfile das Nações, um longo processo no qual todos os 11.260 atletas participantes dos Jogos entram em uma arena, foi acompanhado por apresentações orquestrais de músicas de videogames desenvolvidos no Japão.
Um total de 14 jogos foram presentados durante o desfile, incluindo Final Fantasy, Monster Hunter, Dragon Quest, Sonic the Hedgehog e Chrono Trigger.
